About Professor Dr. Coles
Dr. Sergei Andronikov has over 30 years of academic experience serving as an Academic Administrator, business professor and researcher in the universities in S-E Asia, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and three different states in the US, also administering Business 探花精选 including MBA/EMBA and Executive Education. Twice he was awarded with Royal Society Fellowship, UK.

Dr. Coles brings more than 20 years of experience in education, marked by leadership, service, and a commitment to student success. Her career began in the classroom, where she spent ten years teaching students from Pre-K through middle school. During this time, she developed a strong foundation in instructional practices and student engagement while building meaningful relationships with students and families.
She later dedicated an additional decade to special education, advocating for diverse learners and equitable educational opportunities. Throughout her career, Dr. Coles has served in several leadership roles, including team leader, mentor teacher, and coordinator. Her excellence in education earned her the Prince George鈥檚 County Educator鈥檚 Association Educator of the Year award.
Dr. Coles earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Morgan State University, a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Technology from Grand Canyon University, an Education Specialist degree from Liberty University, and a Ph.D. from National University.
